Aricel Lamas

Aricel Lamas is the Human Resources Personnel at Level Mortgage LLC. She is passionate about the team’s well-being in the workplace and believes employees are the company’s most significant and truest asset. Aricel earned her Master’s in Human Resources Services at Miami’s very own Florida International University. Aricel has over 10 years of experience working with multinational corporations and start-up firms. She has specialized in various HR disciplines, including employment and labor laws, compensation analysis, benefit reforms, and talent acquisition.

As the Human Resources Personnel at Level Mortgage LLC, Aricel is responsible for cultivating a supportive and goal-oriented workplace where employees can thrive.

Aricel believes South Florida has so much to offer the world and will expand to be one of the greatest cities in the world, if not the number one place to live in the world. When not trying to improve day-to-day workplace practices, Aricel greatly enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, as well as exploring new dance places with friends in sunny South Florida.
